About the author

Born in France in 1936, the first recollections the author Henri Salles has of his youngest age are facts of war but also the awesome feeling created by the liberation of his little village Wissous near Paris by the American GIs in 1944. On that day the author specifically remembers his mother looking through the window shutters to make sure the noise she was hearing were made by American tanks and not German; and finally pushing those shutters wide open, the first in a longtime!
In spite of the lingering effects of the war in France, Henri Salles was fortunate enough to belong to a family that allowed him to pursue his education. He obtained his engineering degrees in Paris France, got married and worked a few years for an electronic company.
In the mid 1960’s, then aged 30 years old, Henri Salles moved to California with his family, to work as a microcircuits manufacturing engineer. Being among the firsts, who worked in this area now labeled Silicon Valley, he was rightly so a pioneer in his specialty. He has been awarded a patent in his field.

Henri salles
When they arrived from France Henri Salles and his wife Astrid had three children. They were gifted with a fourth American child born at Stanford University Hospital (California).
In the late 1970’s Henri Salles decided to break free and go in business for himself. In spite of the risks he decided to realize his own American dream. He purchased a small swimming pool retail business, which main activity at the time was to sell chemicals for pools. In a short few years, ten jobs had been created, the business was booming through solar heaters installations, pool systems repairs and pool services. In the early 80’s in view of the extent that his business was acquiring, he developed the software needed to run his company. Starting with "basic" in the early 80s he ended up with "C" and "C++" in the 90s, having written programs ranging from employees scheduling to inventory management, merchandises sales and employees payroll. He sold the program to a few of his business peers.
When he retired, in 1997, he had developed a full-fledged database that he tried (unsuccessfully) to sell under the name of Datacascade.
In retirement Henri Salles turned to the subject that fascinated him all of his life, that is "reality". He spent a number of years thinking about time, space, matter and life and studying physics.
Not believing the teachings of physics he came up with its own interpretation of Nature.
The author is not a professional physicist and the theory presented dissents greatly from mainstream physics.
According to the author of the book, motion ‘is’ absolute, while it can be ‘interpreted’ as relative, as done in physics.
